Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Portfolio Analytics, LLC (TacticalTrading.com), hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the individual or entity executing the membership sign-up and plan selection, hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber.”

1. Subscription Term

a. Monthly Plan:
The Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Company’s monthly plan for a recurring monthly fee. The subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the initial subscription date, unless cancelled by the Subscriber prior to the renewal date.

b. Annual Plan:
The Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Company’s annual plan for a recurring annual fee. The annual subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of the initial subscription date, unless cancelled by the Subscriber prior to the next annual payment due date.

2. Payment Authorization

The Subscriber authorizes the Company to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees. Charges will occur automatically on the renewal date specified for the selected plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly Plan:
The Subscriber may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

b. Annual Plan:
The Subscriber may cancel the annual subscription at any time. However, to avoid charges for the next annual renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next annual payment due date.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or years of service, or for unused portions of the subscription term.

5. Changes to Subscription Terms

The Company reserves the right to change subscription fees, terms, and conditions by providing reasonable notice to the Subscriber. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Subscriber’s access to the service in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations related to the recurring subscription.
